Lanya is the founder of SavPharm Consulting Group. She has 20 years of experience in clinical research. Her career started at the site level after which she built her career in the CRO space and most recently at a small biotech company.

Within her career, she has worked on Investigator Initiated Studies; in support and management roles from study start up to study close out; in full service and FSP models as a team and line manager and in study leadership on the blinded and unblinded teams.
